Permanent TSB with record €21 Million fine relating to tracker mortgages
Permanent TSB has been fined a record €21 million by the Irish Central Bank for breaches in regulations that affected it’s tracker mortgage customers. Along with the fine PTSB has to pay over €50 million in redress to the affected customers. It also has to put up to 2,000 customers back on the tracker rates.…
